- CloudRadial
Monitor detailed and actionable Mac endpoint information directly within the CloudRadial CSA.
Addigy provides an integration that leverages their own RMM agent to pull in relevant information into CloudRadial. This information is displayed within the portal and is run against compliance policies to highlight areas of opportunity.
How the Integration Works:
The information pulled into Addigy is available via Infrastructure > Endpoints once connected. Compliance policies listed under Compliance > Policies can apply to this endpoint data the same way that they apply to the data brought in by CloudRadial’s own native agent.
What the Integration Does:
- Reports Endpoints – Lists Mac endpoint devices and shows their most relevant information.
- Runs Against Policies – Run your Addigy data against compliance policies to build red/yellow/green reporting for your clients to see.
- Integrates with Planner – Use endpoint information to feed the vCIO planner for client discussions.

API connections are secured with a set of keys that need to be generated one time.
Once the connection has been secured, the tool in question will stay connected to CloudRadial until the key is deactivated. Refer to the article on the specific tool for instructions on generating the API key, as well as where to input it into CloudRadial.
