Huge tool...small price. The amount of customization we can do is amazing. From assessments, self-reporting (co-managed), ticketing and ordering. We push our clients to our portal where we linked all our internal KB's for self-help. We also use it for ordering services/equipment. Sometimes when we need reporting on software or apps or baseline hardware we can get it from CloudRadial easier/quicker than from our RMM tools (and sales / ops can do it!)
